When Cybtel approached me in early 2024, they were a US-based telecommunications startup with zero marketing infrastructure. Their VoIP and eSIM solutions had potential, but they were invisible in a crowded market dominated by established players like Numero (10M+ downloads). They needed to build brand awareness from scratch, acquire users profitably, and generate sustainable revenue, FAST!

The Strategy

I deployed a comprehensive 360° marketing framework spanning five core channels (SEO, AEO, SMM, Paid Advertising, and Community Management):

  • Foundation Building (Jan-June 2024) Launched streamlined social media accounts and implemented a complete SEO overhaul targeting US, establishing digital presence where none existed.

  • Growth Acceleration (July-October 2024) Rolled out community management initiatives, strategic Product Hunt positioning, and data-driven paid advertising across Meta, Google Ads, and App Store Ads.

  • Optimization & Scale (Nov-Dec 2024) Introduced targeted geo-campaigns (France, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.), seasonal promotions, and conversion-optimized funnels that turned traffic into paying customers.

The Results

Overall Brand Growth: 121%

  • Downloads: +3,349% increase (from 6 to 13,790 Android downloads)

  • Sign-ups: +292.69% growth (2,862 to 11,239 successful registrations)

  • Revenue: +341.9% recharge increase ($1,477 to $6,527)

  • ROI: 9:1 return on $747 ad spend

Channel Performance:

  • SEO: 11,288 organic sessions with 49.58% engagement rate across targeted regions

  • Paid Social: 25,132 impressions, 2.69% CTR, 440 landing page conversions

  • App Advertising: 1.14M impressions, 22.45% install rate across Google and Apple platforms

Web Traffic: Scaled from 0 to 80.9K sessions (1,250% growth)

The Impact

Within one year, Cybtel transformed from a marketing-less startup to a revenue-generating competitor with an established presence across multiple markets. The holistic approach combining organic growth tactics with performance-driven paid strategies created a sustainable acquisition engine projected to generate $27,954 in 2025 revenue.
