Partnering with Accenture, the goal was to conduct a comprehensive market landscape analysis—identifying competitors, mapping customer sentiment, and pinpointing the content categories that drove real engagement. The client needed clarity in chaos and a data-backed roadmap for their next marketing move.



The Strategy
Leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization tools, I collaborated with Accenture’s data science and marketing teams to create a structured analytical framework:
Market Landscape Mapping: Assessed competitor positioning, engagement tactics, and content performance metrics to reveal market gaps and untapped opportunities.
Sentiment Analysis: Applied natural language processing to decode audience emotions and perceptions surrounding key industry topics and competitors.
Content Categorization & Prioritization: Classified high-performing content themes and formats to build a content strategy focused on maximum reach and resonance.
Visual Dashboards: Translated complex datasets into intuitive visual dashboards, enabling decision-makers to track market shifts in real time.
